5Awesome movieJun 26, 2010
The couple in the movie would make a fine one in real life. This movie was romantic to my liking.

5I love it ^^Jan 31, 2010
Sugoi desu ne!!!! I am an African-American and I love the film. It was romantic and realistic at the same time. I do wish it was longer. I am deeply attracted to asian men and I have found some who like Black women. I'm dating a Korean guy now. I would love to see more films that explored interracial relationships. I can speak Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. So, I know when I move to California I will definitely look for my own Akira ^^ to marry. I will be on the look out for more of these films as well as James Kyson Lee. He gave me nosebleeds. I'm definitely going to buy this DVD. Black women needs to know that we are attractive to men of other races and the men need to know they are desired!!

4great little short filmJan 27, 2010
I caught bits and parts of this short film on TV (BET's Lens on Talent program, I think) and decided to buy the film. It was a nice little story. The only negative was the quality of the DVD itself--it skipped and paused in a few places even though it was brand new.

5Very well done...Good Insights on DiversityDec 17, 2009
I enjoyed the film; it touched on important issues and had a nice peppering of different personalities without reverting to blatant stereotypes and predictability. The casting was very good...Akira was confident and attractive while Daphne was graceful and gorgeous.

I wish the film was longer...but I know that lengthening the film immediately relates to expenses and budgeting issues...

4Very insightfulNov 22, 2009
I really liked this short film. Despite it being short it overall was a good one. There aren't enough films that portray Asian men and African American women. I am an African American women dating an Asain man and it was refreshing seeing this film. It shows the many aspects of interracial dating. Especially when people don't noramlly see this. Thanks for making this film. I'd like to see many more like this one.
