This video has been an excellent addition to my exercise routine. On the days I don't run or ride, I enjoy Kaberi's Indian dance workout as a way to strengthen different muscle groups and to heighten my coordination. I love that it is an authentic lesson in Indian dance taught by a well-known teacher and practitioner.

By K. Hamsher I have not purchased this video becuase $25 is really high for a dance video. Even Madonna wouldn't sell a dvd this expensive (maybe if it was a double dic). Please come down in price and maybe I'll reconsider buying this.
