If you have the basics down about the dances covered in this DVD, I recommend you go with the advanced DVD. I picked up two moves from the entire DVD. It is well presented and clear. If you are a beginner, this is the DVD for you. I will purchase the advanced DVD.

this dvd dance instruction as well as all teresa mason dvd dance instructions is that it is always in a hurry. no detailed steps are explained or slowly demonstrated. both teresa and her male partner are always in a hurry as if they have to cram 10 dance lessons in just 60 minutes or less. don't get me wrong but they have wonderful and extraordinary steps in each dance lesson BUT the problem is that both instructors are in a hurry to get it over with. it is like watching charlie chaplin dance full speed ahead.

I'm happy with it. Well worth the discounted price. I've purchased or reviewed close to 100 dance DVDs. Initially, over a year ago, when I started dancing and buying dance DVDs; I was extremely unhappy with Teresa Masons DVDs. They were too difficult for me to follow.. Now, after learning the very basics of dance, I think I've purchased all of hers for under $12.00 each. Reason: I think "Most bang for the Buck" if you buy them at the discounted price through Amazon. The DVD looks as if it's been copied from a video tape. However, I'd still rate the video quality a 7 out 0 10. Excellent menu and sub-menu operations! Very quickly, you can go right to any spot on the DVD. Need to though because of minimum demonstration of the dance move.
