How can you not like another Rocio Durcal DVD?Oct 03, 2007

I Liked it.
The reasons that the songs are not listed or described before we buy must be that the DVD company prefers that you do not know that:
a) The DVD consists of ONLY 6 videos/songs
b) The DVD comes packed in a cheap flimsy DVD plastic case
c) The 6 performances are likely to be ones that Rocio's fans already have from other DVDs.
The video-songs are:
1. Jamas me cansare de ti
2) No lastimes mas
3) La diferencia
4) Amor Eterno (great!)
5) Te sigo amando
6) El Mexico de Rocio (great!)
The performances and video quality of Amor Eterno & El Mexico de Rocio are very good. The stage lighting on the other videos is poor. As you would expect, Rocio's actual performance is consistently great, but the poor stage lighting of some of the tracks reduces the enjoyment of the otherwise good performance.
Fortunately the performance and stage lighting of Amor Eterno is very good. This performance alone is worth the $6 price of the DVD.
I do recommend it, just know that the contents are from the November 1991 performance at El Auditorio Nacional, and from the June 1997 performance at El Teatro Degollado in GDL.

Well I just received my Rocio Durcal CANTA MEXICO dvd......Don Quijote is correct it has only 6 songs and a cheap cover. When I first read his review a while back I was surprised at his comments because I had purchased the CANTA MEXICO DVD a while back and it has 12 songs and a good box. So now I get it.....BEWARE there are two DVD's of Rocio Durcal CANTA MEXICO. One has 6 songs the other has 12 songs. I guess I was fortunate the first time I purchased this DVD. Live and learn.
