This is a fun DVD! You get a different perspective on dance as compared to MED. Some of these moves made my low back pretty tired. That is alright because I have a NUCCA practitioner! Anyway, I do like it and may use it with children or a ladies group!

This is a wonderful instructional video about African Dance. There are so few quality videos out there. This was very informative and invigorating. And the shipment arrived on time. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

I really enjoyed this workout. My only suggestion- Some of the moves could have been broken down a little better.

Great dancing by Wyoma. Buy this video is dancing is something you want to pursue. She and a few other dancers dance to music ever so gracefully.
African Healing Dance Really WorksOct 11, 2009
From the first movement I learned I have been enjoying something real from this dvd.
I bought this dvd mainly to learn an expressive vocabulary, and I find that when I hear music then I call on each new movement to express myself.
I think there is a physical healing dimension in addition to wonderful, joyful feelings. I had to move slowly with my shoulders at first, due to crackles and pops the first couple of times. If I have sore muscles from other activities a little dance movement will work that out. Dance movement moves synovial fluid around like yoga and mobility drills, lubricating and removing inflammatory toxins. That is preventive as well as restorative, physically.
